Job Description
We are seeking individuals who can perform design support tasks — including CAD operator work, BIM operator work, and general design assistance. 設計支援者として、設計業務(CADオペレーター、BIMオペレーター)および設計補助業務ができる以下のような経験のある方。
Key Responsibilities
- Support architectural design tasks under the direction of senior architects or engineers
- Prepare and modify drawings using CAD, AutoCAD, Revit, or other required design software
- Create and update BIM models, ensuring accuracy and consistency with project specifications
- Assist in preparing design documents, plans, and presentation materials
- Coordinate drawings and design data with other disciplines (structural, electrical, mechanical, etc.)
- Review and correct design documentation based on feedback from Japanese architects and engineers
- 建築士またはエンジニアの指示のもと、建築設計業務を支援する
- CAD、AutoCAD、Revit などの必要な設計ソフトを使用して図面の作成および修正を行う
- BIMモデルを作成
- 更新し、プロジェクト仕様に基づいた正確性と整合性を確保する
- 設計資料、図面、プレゼンテーション資料の作成を補助する
- 構造、電気、機械など他分野との図面および設計データの調整を行う
- 日本の建築士やエンジニアからのフィードバックに基づき、設計ドキュメントの確認
- 修正を行う
Skills & Experience
- JLPT N3 or above and more than 3 years of architectural design experience for Japanese buildings
- 【Preferred Software Skills】 Experience with CAD, AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, or similar software.
- JLPTN3以上、かつ日本建築物についての建築設計経験3年以上
- 【求める使用可能ソフト】 CAD、AutoCAD、Revit、SketchUp、ArchiCADなどが扱える方
