オフショア開発チーム Lead + Bridge エンジニア
Job Description
LifeArk Co., Ltd.（東京）は、日本企業向けのプロダクト開発を、国内チームと海外オフショア開発チームの連携により推進しています。 本ポジションは 「オフショア開発チームリード」＋ 「ブリッジエンジニア」の兼務として、日本側ステークホルダの要件を日本語で正確に把握し、英語で海外エンジニアへ展開・ディレクションすることで、高品質かつスピード感のあるプロダクト開発を実現します。 勤務地は東京（恵比寿）で、週3日出社（毎週 月・木・金）、火・水はリモート勤務可のハイブリッド勤務です。稼働は週5日フルタイムです。
Key Responsibilities
- 日本語で、ステークホルダとの開発案件の要件定義（要望整理、仕様策定、優先度調整、受け入れ基準の明確化）
- 英語で、海外エンジニアへの要件展開
- ブリッジコミュニケーション（背景共有、論点整理、質疑応答、合意形成）
- 海外エンジニアのプロジェクト管理（進捗管理、課題/リスク管理、スケジュール調整、成果物管理）
- コードレビュー、技術的観点でのディレクション（必要に応じてキャッチアップしながら実施）
- レビュー後の受け入れテスト（UAT）
- 品質担保（テスト観点の整理、検証、修正依頼、完了判定）
- 開発プロセスの改善（コミュニケーション設計、ドキュメント整備、品質/生産性の向上）
Skills & Experience
Must
- ソフトウェア／Webアプリケーション開発経験 8年以上
- 自社プロダクト開発におけるTech Lead経験
- プログラミング言語：Scala / TypeScript / JavaScript（歓迎：Java / Kotlin / NestJS(TypeScript)）
- Infra: AWS, Docker
- 外部連携: Salesforce, Firebase
- 上記の技術スタックを踏まえたコードレビューが可能（※一部キャッチアップ含む）
- 日本語での要件定義能力（ステークホルダ調整／仕様の言語化／合意形成）
- 海外エンジニアへ英語で要件展開
- ディレクションできるコミュニケーション能力
- 日本語：ネイティブレベル（JLPT N1以上）
- 英語：ビジネスレベル以上（読み書き、会話）

Product Engineer | Offshore Development Team
LifeArk Co., Ltd. (Japan) supports Japanese companies through offshore software development and recruitment services. We are hiring a Product Engineer (Full-Stack) to work onsite in Dhaka, Bangladesh, supporting the product development of one of our client companies in Japan. You will collaborate closely with the client’s Japan-based development team and deliver end-to-end product features with high quality. As a Product Engineer, you will contribute to end-to-end development across backend, frontend, and infrastructure.
