Job Description
LifeArk Co., Ltd. operates LifeArk にほんご, an online Japanese learning platform designed to help global learners improve their Japanese through interactive games, study contests, and community-driven learning. We are now seeking multiple energetic Student Ambassadors to represent our platform in Japanese language schools and universities across Japan.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the campus representative of LifeArk にほんご.
- Promote the platform actively among peers, classmates, and student groups.
- Build and manage study groups and small learning communities.
- Create and share engaging content (images, posts, stories) about LifeArk にほんご on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, etc.
- Help organize small events or study meetups to encourage students to practice Japanese together.
- Provide feedback and new ideas to the LifeArk team to make the platform more exciting for learners.
Skills & Experience
- Currently an enrolled student in a Japanese language school or university in Japan.
- Learning Japanese (beginner to advanced level welcome).
- Good communication skills and strong organizational abilities.
- Energetic personality, willing to take initiative and try new approaches.
- Active in international student communities with good peer connections.
- Strong writing ability and familiarity with social media promotion (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, etc.).

Corporate IT / IT Services Manager Candidate (System Planning & Internal IT)
This position is part of the Corporate IT / IT Services team, with the mission of enhancing the Employee Experience (EX). The goal is to build an IT environment where all members can perform at their best. You will be expected to quickly understand business challenges, design IT-based solutions, lead projects, manage quality/cost/delivery (QCD), and oversee team members and vendors. UXUI Lead/Manager
We are looking for a UX/UI Manager to lead the design of intuitive and user-centered digital experiences. This role involves defining UX strategies, conducting user research, and overseeing UI design. You will manage and grow a design team while collaborating with engineers, product managers, and business teams to align user needs with business goals. The role requires fluency in both Japanese and English, as part of the development will be handled offshore in the future.
