Corporate IT / IT Services Manager Candidate (System Planning & Internal IT)
Job Description
This position is part of the Corporate IT / IT Services team, with the mission of enhancing the Employee Experience (EX). The goal is to build an IT environment where all members can perform at their best. You will be expected to quickly understand business challenges, design IT-based solutions, lead projects, manage quality/cost/delivery (QCD), and oversee team members and vendors. This role allows you to combine knowledge of back-office functions, business operations, and cutting-edge technologies to design impactful solutions. You will be assigned to projects based on your skills and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and implement corporate IT strategies and service tools
- Lead planning and execution of core system replacements
- Develop a grand design and roadmap for digital transformation (DX)
- Design IT architecture by integrating existing systems and modern technologies
- Lead DX projects from business analysis and requirement definition to system rollout and user adoption
- Manage internal teams and external vendors to ensure project success
Skills & Experience
Must
- 5+ years of experience in corporate IT / IT services
- Proven track record in leading business process reform or system implementation projects
- Project management skills (e.g., WBS, Gantt chart planning and execution)
- Strong presentation and communication skills
- Ability to think holistically about corporate systems and operations
- Experience in vendor management
